The company is headed by Directors Charles Connolly and David Toy, both of whom have been in the repair business for the last 40 years.  They oversee the Woodwind and Brass repair workshops which boast 5 other technicians, while shop manager Richard Bradshaw handles the Sales aspects of the business, along with 4 other friendly and knowledgeable staff.
